Breeding Program
One of Alpaca Country Estates strongest assets is owning exceptional herdsires as well as high quality dams. With over thirty current herdsires, Nancy meticulously decides which animal is the ultimate choice to breed to whom, planning every breeding decision for an outcome of soft, fine fleece, with lots of dense fiber on those “teddy bear” critters with their pleasing personalities. There is nothing more rewarding than the thrill of seeing the results of your labor of love, by viewing that newly born cria and knowing that you have another winner!
Our strong breeding program has an emphasis on uniformity, fineness with a soft handle, brightness, and density. Currently, we have been rewarded with color champions and reserve champions in black, grey, brown, fawn, and white. We continue to strive to improve upon our high standards within the alpaca community.

Each male is the perfect package with wonderful bone density and structure, compact conformation, outstanding bite, incredible temperament, and silky soft fineness.
Many of our females are pregnant by one of our outstanding herdsires. Our females and crias come in many shades including white, beige, fawn, brown, bay black, gray and true black. Males with potential for fiber production or as companion animals or pets are usually available at a nominal fee. Contact us for details. We are here for you through the process of education to owning your 1st alpaca.
Alpaca Country Estates is not as interested in selling you an alpaca as much as we want to educate you on the life of being an alpaca owner. We will help you decide if alpaca-ranching is some to add to your life. We want to insure our babies go to homes that understand what it takes to own , or should we say, "be owned" by alpacas.
Our sales include the following services and guarantees:

Discounts for packages (purchases of multiple alpacas at once)
For sales of pregnant females: The female is guaranteed to be pregnant at time of sale and is guaranteed to carry the pregnancy full term.
For sales of reproductive quality maidens: Maidens sell with a complimentary $2,000 credit towards a breeding fee to one of our Herdsires. These maidens are guaranteed to be able to carry a pregnancy full term.
If the sale price is over $8,000, transportation is included within a 50-mile radius.
Complimentary board for 60 days with sales of $8,000 or more.
Previous customers may contact us for multiple breeding packages and future breeding discounts.

Herdsire services include 60 days agistment free of charge except for medical care, veterinary services, etc.

We offer agistment (boarding) for either alpacas or llamas at $3.50 per day. There are additional fees for immunizations, veterinary services, transportation, training, and other extra services.
