Durango is EXTREMELY dense, yet has soft, bright and consistent fiber with beautiful crimp. He has a few white fibers, but they are soft and crimpy; not strong secondaries.

His paternal grandsire is our own Snowmass Andean Midnight a beautiful, compact, true black “silky soft” male with an outstanding pedigree for fineness. 2X White Color/Res. AOA National Champion!

Haiden made me “burst my buttons” & ended up with a blue ribbon in his first show as a juvenile. He has performed well in the ring with 10 ribbons, but as a yearling in 2016 at The AOA National Championships, the Grandaddy of all AOA shows, , Haiden took the Male White Color Championship. We were overwhelmed with emotion! But now, our loss is your gain! Unfortunately, we don’t have another white male to take his place for The AOA National championships in 2017, but the Good News is YOU have the opportunity to not only add him to your show string, but Haiden is now breeding & has confirmed pregnancies. We are thrilled to offer this supreme male to our alpaca breeding colleagues who are working toward an improved breeding program to have the very best.
White multi-champion, Estates Haiden, won a blue ribbon in the Huacaya White 2 year Old Male at the California Classic Show 2017. Haiden is out of Snowmass Majesty in Moonlight and his dam is Janus's Hidden Key, a multi-winner Produce of Dam for the last few years. Judge Ken Hibbits was very complimentary in this consistent fleece, open crimpy long staple length and dense fleece. He has a strong frame, beautiful head, and awesome leg coverage. Unfortunately, there was no Color Champion for white halter male.

2x Champion & Multi-Blues!
Multi-champion with a sweet, gentle disposition! You will fall in love with his fleece and with him!
Estates Matterhorn has been a Champion since his juvenile days. There are not too many animals that go to a show as a juvenile, get a blue ribbon in a large class, and then go on to win the Championship for their color! This is what happened to this unique male. Matterhorn has magnificent fine, silky crimp, yet has enormous density. He is uniform in micron and staple length. I had to practically stand on my head to see his crimp structure still present in the middle of his belly! Matterhorn's fleece has beautifully bright, zipper crimp and is consistent on shoulder, hind end, and into his legs. You can see a beautiful lock structure in his head. In our book, Matterhorn has one more attribute that is essential with our herdsires at ACE; a sweet, gentle disposition!
Matterhorn has multi-champion genetics! His sire is our dark brown herdsire Andean's Pegasus of Country Estates, a 3x Color Championship winner at IAO. His paternal grandsire is Snowmass Andean Midnight, our beautiful, compact, "silky soft" male with an outstanding pedigree for fineness. Matterhorn's dam, Patagonia's Marinella was the Brown Color Champion at Alpacapalooza in 2013, and was assessed by Judge Amanda VandenBosch as an A- with strong points in all areas of conformation; as well as areas of fiber including fineness and handle, uniformity of micron, density, brightness, lack of medullation and coverage.

ESTATES PASSIONATE FEVER
14x CHAMPION and 3x JUDGE’S CHOICE WINNER!
Fever is the son of Snowmass Pure Passion, our outstanding
champion producing stud with 5 GET-OF-SIRE Blue Ribbons!
Passion represents 30 years of passion in breeding for the perfect-colored fleece on the most beautiful-bodied alpaca. Snowmass Alpacas said, “Snowmass Pure Passion is the most magnificent Light Fawn Matrix son Snowmass Alpacas has ever produced.” Fever's maternal grandsire is Patagonia’s El Galan, our magnificent 4x champion & multiple blue-ribbon winning herdsire out of Patagonia’s Cayo. His maternal great grandsire R&R Oliver Twist has consistently produced outstanding offspring in Canada and the U.S., that exhibit fine, uniform micron in their fleeces, along with crimp & correct, solid conformation.
Passionate Fever has been a superstar in the show ring. As a juvenile, he won Light Male Color Champion & the Judge's Choice award at the 2019 California Classic. Jude Anderson awarded Fever the Color Championship at the 2019 CABA Classic (out of 17). He also received Reserve Champion & 1st Place at the 2019 Alpacapalooza show! In addition, Fever brought home Blue Ribbons at the 2019 The Futurity, 2019 California Classic, & 2019 AOA National Shows. He also helped ACE bring home a 1st Place Ribbon at the 2019 California Classic for Breeder's Best Three. Fever won Color Champion & his 2nd Judge's Choice award at the 2019 Gold Country Gathering! He & his siblings also won Pure Passion a Blue Ribbon for GET-of-SIRE at the 2019 Gold Country show. Fever received his 3rd Judge's Choice & Color Championship at the 2020 A-OK Alpaca Blast-Off! He received 5 more championship banners in 2021 & won Reserve Champion & 2 Blue Ribbons at the 2022 Calif. Classic!
In 2019, Passionate Fever was evaluated as an A+ by senior AOA Judge Amanda VandenBosch. "He has excellent substance of bone, balance to frame, fiber coverage, good organization within staple, maintains consistency across fleece, moves to the extremities to neck, good density relative to fineness." Jill Marcellus said, "He’s a very refined looking male, He’s moderately sized, right in the middle there, & that can be very useful in a breeding program. He’s got good balance & proportion, excellent substance of bone, & a very typey male with a good strong phenotype. I really like his head style as well. His fleece is very fine & exceptionally uniform in all the fleece traits. I pulled samples from all over the place on him & really there is virtually no difference from mid-side to right into the front shoulder area to over to the hip. That also carried through with the staple type and also the expression of character through the fleece. It’s very uniform right across his body and underneath his belly."

INCREDIBLE, AMAZING, SPECTACULAR are the typical responses when people see this outstanding young male, Estates Titanium. From his alert stance, beautiful head, straight top line, balanced frame, straight and sturdy legs to his well defined fiber, this drop dead good looking young male has it all. The possibilities are endless. As this fine animal matures, we are elated to see the results of our breeding program, and the accomplishments it has produced.
Titanium was on our 2016 & 2017 show strings, winning the Grey Color Championship banner and Blue Ribbon at the 2016 California Classic Halter show, 1st Place at the 2016 AOA National Show. As a two-year old, Titanium won a Blue Ribbon at the 2017 Buckeye show and Grey Reserve Color Champion against very nice and much younger males.
Titanium’s dam is KCAF Rroyal Silver Truffles, a beautiful silver grey dam that has had three cria, and each one of them has been show quality animals. Amazingly enough, they are all out of different grey sires, so Truffles is a strong link for producing foundation quality offspring. The sire of Titanium is multi-Champion NS Magic Flight who is out of Snowmass Enlightenment. Magic Flight was purchased to breed to all of Carol Collin’s Aussie .38 Special females and results have been extraordinary. Magic is a majestic, proud stance male who has won many ribbons both in fleece as well as halter classes. He has an exquisite handle, so very soft and elegant. His cria are hitting the ground and are a double image of their sire.
Estates Titanium has a very dense, crimpy fleece, magnificent conformation, and his 2016 AFD: is 17.3. Titanium not only has done well in the show ring, but has started breeding and has confirmed pregnancies. If you are looking for an elite silver grey for your breeding program, Titanium can be your Pot of Gold.

Aztec's fleece has a wonderful handle. It is very dense, yet possesses a soft, fine, fleece that is uniform in color as well as in micron. Patagonia Estates Aztec 's conformation and bite are phenomenal. You will want to check out this amazing Jr. Herdsire.

El Canto de Chile means Chilean song, and with impressive genes like these, we are certainly singing this magnificent male’s praises. El Canto is a magnificent looking stud with his proud stance, gorgeous head, perfect bite, even topline, long staple length, and incredible leg coverage. Once you look closer, opening up the fleece you reveal a lovely crimpy fleece that is soft and buttery, maintaining consistency and uniformity in micron and color.
El Canto’s grandsire is Patagonia’s Lennox, the best known Patagonia herdsire with nearly 300 cria on the ground, and having the most Color Champion offspring of any Patagonia sires. His sire is Judge's Choice and 7-time Color Champion/Reseserve Champion, Patagonio's Ernesto. No wonder this son is as outstanding as he is.
El Canto’s dam is the 4xChampion, 17 ribbon winner including Produce of Dam, Patagonia’s Ingenue, who is our Patagonia matriarch. El Canto de Chile has exceptional progeny on the ground stamping out an amazing head, fine fleece, density, long staple length, consistency of micron, and more. You name it, his crias have it!
PATAGONIA'S EL COMISARIO
Huacaya, Male, Proven | True Black
ARI# 31698986, D.O.B. 7/13/2009
1/8 Peruvian, 7/8 Chilean
El Comisario is a spectacular boy with a true to type head, thick bone and a dense, crimpy fleece. El Comisario’s dam, Patagonia's Chic, is one of Patagonia's top true black females and descends from our best black female line. From this line, have come our most successful black alpacas such as Queen, Black Rose, Sombra, and Simone to name a few. All of these girls have won multiple black championships at level 5 shows and have all been AOBA National black color champions.
El Comisario is sired by El Vasco, Patagonia's top Neruda son. Like his sire, we expect El Comisario to maintain a soft hand in his fleece as he ages. We have had such success with this breeding combination that we have bred Chic to either El Vasco (Neruda son) and Neruda 7 times.
Closely related siblings to El Comisario include, Patagonia’s Juniper who sold as a maiden for $80,000, Patagonia’s Mondavi who was on our 2006 showstring and is now a working herdsire, Patagonia's Gaucho, a black herdsire on Patagonia's farm and Patagonia's Laelia. Comisario's first crias arrived in 2012!

CHAMPION PRODUCER

Patagonia’s Enzo is a bay black grandioso male who holds his head high looking very proud with his amazing stature.
We call Enzo, Mr. Density! If you need to add density into your black breeding program, he is the man to do the job. He is one of the densest sires on our ranch, and in addition, look at those large bones and that solid frame which he passes onto his cria.
Patagonia’s Enzo has a handsome crimp, being very consistent in micron. During shearing, he packs a lot of fiber weight so you will get your money’s worth after each shearing.

Patagonia’s Ernesto is a magnificent light brown compact herdsire that improves every dam to her fullest potential. Before I purchased Ernesto, I bred numerous females to this dynamic male just to see what he could do. I discovered that I could take an average dam, breed her to Ernesto, and voila, come out with a stunning offspring. This feat was proven when we had hundreds of the females assessed with their juvenile crias. Time and time again, the cria scored better than the dam so I knew I had something special going on with this male and one way to obtain improvement in the production of our breeding program.
In many ways, Patagonia’s Ernesto has surpassed his one of a kind sire, Patagonia’s Lennox.

Legendary Champion Producer!
Patagonia’s Lennox is one of the Greats! As assessed by senior judge Amanda VandenBosch, Lennox (born in 2002) was an “A” quality herdsire in 2014. He has lingering fineness, bright, dense fleece, with a long staple length, typey head and compact body. His shiny brown fleece shimmers in the sunlight even to this day. Lennox made a mark for not only himself, but for Alpacas de le Patagonia, siring a multitude of quality offspring including champions and many progeny that are currently top breeding herdsires and foundation producing dams. His show wins are numerous with Color Championships, Get of Sire, and Blues. In addition, his offspring have received multitudes of banners and ribbons. Lennox has produced black, brown, fawn, white and grey offspring. Patagonia’s Lennox had a skin biopsy of Density: 83.25 SQ MM (Rates in the top 0.5 % of all alpacas tested by Dr. Evans) S/P Ratio: 10.8 to 1. Trojan has impressive genetics in his pedigree with multi champion R&RR OLIVER TWIST as his sire. Oliver Twists show credits include: 2004; Grand Champion at Pacific Coast Alpaca Network, 2nd in class at Futurity (Canada), Reserve Champion Fawn at Manitoba, 2nd in class at Alpacafest, 2005; 1st in class at Manitoba, 2nd in class at Pacific Coast Alpaca Network, Champion in Junior Division at Alpacafest and went on to be judged Reserve Grand Champion. Oliver Twist was also awarded 1st Place sire's progeny at the 2008 fall Alpaca Odyssey in Edmonton and is well known for producing spectacular offspring. Trojan's dam is R&RR Anastasia, a beautiful fawn where Trojan must have received his colored background.
Since I purchased Trojan from Ruth Elvestad, the well known Canadian fiber judge, every cria sired by Trojan has been exemplary with outstanding fineness, gorgeous crimp, beautiful large bones with the total package! One amazing point I learned when wanting to add density to a black dam is to breed that dam to Trojan. When bred to black, he throws black, and the offspring remain black with black, fine, yet dense fibers. Watch for Trojan's crias in this next show season! Each year we always have them!

SNOWMASS ANDEAN MIDNIGHT:

He has a lot to offer with his true black son currently a 26X Black Champion!
Elite Ultra-Fine Blacks are hard to find! However, like many of our Snowmass studs, Andean Midnight has retained his Fineness, Brightness & Handle with age! (Amanda VandenBosch valued him at $12K in 2019) Andean Midnight should retain fineness for years to come and those who need to add proven genetics of fineness, brightness and handle will appreciate the Royal Blacks from Snowmass! He is one of their best!
Snowmass Andean Midnight is a beautiful, compact, true black “silky soft” male with an outstanding pedigree for fineness. His fiber is incredibly soft and shiny with a silky look and feel. It has a uniform low amplitude high frequency style of crimp. You have to see it to believe it. His grandsire is none other than Andean Bronze, the sire of Royal Bronze – from Snowmass’ vicuna type alpacas who retain fineness under 20 microns after reaching maturity.
SUPERIOR ROYAL “Vicuna” Lineage:
Snowmass Andean Night is a brother to Snowmass Royal Bronze (throws true blacks) & Snowmass Royal Flush (throws silver grays like Silver Signature). Snowmass Andean Bronze (Peruvian Andean Gold x Peruvian Croixen) is an incredible example of longevity in fineness. Fineness will be one of the most important ingredients in breeding elite blacks!

Snowmass Royal Knight is the spitting image of his sire, Snowmass Royal Bronze, only he is a True Black! PERFECT! Like his sire he has extremely FINE fiber over his entire body. If you can imagine a vicuna with fine black fleece covering its whole body, and having a long staple length, you can envision Snowmass Royal Knight.
His Dam is a COLOR CHAMPION purchased from Bruce Bar, a dedicated alpaca importer who brought some of the world's finest alpacas from South America to the US. Panam's Chilean Rose produced 2 color Champions then one TRUE BLACK gift from ROYAL BRONZE.

Snowmass Royal Knight was one of the highly select black alpacas in the Snowmass Elite Black breeding program. Royal Knight's son's are now servicing colored SM Matrix offspring at Snowmass. That's referral enough for most of us!

If you are breeding for extreme fineness, density, rock solid-macho conformation in color...don't let the opportunity to breed to this male pass you by. His breeding fee is extremely reasonable for his quality.
